Canceling Soundcloud Go subscription that was accidentally renewed through Apple?

I set a reminder on my iPhone to remind me to cancel my Soundcloud Go trial but it didn't alert me, so I forgot to cancel my free trial. The subscription was automatically renewed through Apple, but I don't want it. I turned off auto-renew but I still have an entire month of the sub left. Is there anyway to cancel it before getting the subscription fee within a month? I havent listened to any music on the app since the subscription was renewed. If I go a whole month without listening to the app, can I get a refund?

Thanks for any help!!

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2

Sasha,

Since your trial subscription was initiated through Apple's iTunes Store, you will want to reach out to iTunes Support by one of two ways. The first method you can use to contact them and seek a refund is by filling out the following form. https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

The second option is to call during regular business hours. Depending on your country and region, that may differ so go through this link to find the number relevant to the store region you purchase through.

To answer your question about your use of the app, or lack of use, subscriptions work similar to gym memberships. It's not a matter of how much or how little you utilized them. All the same, you shouldn't have much trouble in getting this resolved through iTunes Support now that you have disabled your auto-renew.
