Crash log interpretation - Memory problem or other?

In the past week one of my programs have crashed on 5 different days. The crash log (below) is nearly the same for each crash, with line 2 missing in 2 crashes. Nothing has changed from the time before these started. System logs (below crash log) show about the same information just at/after the crash.

Would someone mind looking it over and share if this might be a memory thing, or some other obvious problem?

2006 Macbook, 10.7.5, Last updated in 2014. 4GB RAM

Thanks

Jim

There does not appear to be any Kernel panics. The MB was always working after the program crash.

Only in one case was there some Kernel log activity, 5 min before the program crash.

May 18 08:18:09 churchlaptop kernel[0]: (default pager): [KERNEL]: ps_allocate_cluster - send HI_WAT_ALERT

May 18 08:18:09 churchlaptop kernel[0]: macx_swapon SUCCESS

Thanks for the feedback
