Water Behind Screen

Hello all,

Today I was cleaning my 2015 Macbook Pro 13. I used water to clean the screen. I poured the water on the lint free cloth (not directly on the computer screen) and I used the wet cloth to clean the screen. After I finished cleaning, when I turned the computer on, I found a wet blob behind the glass and in front of the LCD panel of my Mac. I have no idea how the water got in there. I did not directly pour the water on the screen and the screen seems to be sealed tightly.

Do I need to buy a new screen? or is there a smarter way to solve this problem?

Thanks.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 9.3.2
