If you're concerned, just change your password.

NO, if it might have been done on another device. If you suspect it might have been done on your Mac, a utility named Activity Monitor likely has a record of it. I'm not qualified to explain how to use that developer and troubleshooting tool.

I believe my ex may have been logging into my account off hie phone/mac/ipad and checking up on me.
Is there anyway to find this out?
