Invoice request

We buy the iPad in New York in an official apple store. They didn't give us an invoice and we don't receive the invoice by email. We need the invoice due to regulatory issues. Is it possible to obtain it?

FWIW, Apple always asked if the buyer wants a printed receipt, or an emailed one. Check the email on whatever account was used to buy or register the iPad.
