KEYCHAIN DOES NOT UPDATE OVER DEVICES
I have a Mac Air and two iPads. Keychain does not update from Mac Air to the iPads. IOS is up to date on all devices.

And make sure your Mac's software is up to date.
Open the App Store then select Updates from the menu.
