Q: Best Approach and Apps for Managing Pix taken on iPhone and syncing.
Can someone help direct me to either any articles or mind giving me a quick post re: a great way to manage my pix that I take on my iPhone 6 and then organize into folders easily and have those folders sync to my other mobile devices and Apple computers? My iPad and iPhone are both on same iOS, but my computers are a bit different: I'm still using Lion (10.7.5) on my Mac Pro and Yosemite (10.10.5) on my Macbook Pro. My equipment is:
- iPhone 6 (iOS 9.3.2)
- iPad Air (iOS 9.3.2)
- Macbook Pro (OSX Yosemite 10.10.5)
- Mac Pro (OSX Lion 10.7.5)
I basically want to be able to create a folder say on my iPhone and put relevant pix in it and have the folder and pix sync to my devices above. And if I were to edit or delete a pic on a different device have the changes sync to the other 3 devices. Keyword is easily. The best analogy I come up with is IMAP for email and how changes are instant and fluid to all other connected devices assuming you're using the same AppleID on all devices of course.
Maybe it's me, but I'm finding Apple's Photo app a bit unintuitive so thinking maybe someone has created a more robust and intuitive app that works across all other Apple mobile devices and computers.
I've been reading App Store reviews and Googling but thought perhaps I'd get a more solid recommendation here among the Apple Digerati
Thanks,
Steven

the solution built just for that is iCLoud Photo Library except for the Lion system - there is no seamless, automatic solution for Lion to do what you want
