Q: Mac Pro late 2013 multiple monitors spuriously rearranging monitor arrangement
This purchase has been a nightmare!
I'm running 10.9.5 with four display port monitors and one HDMI from HDMI port (Samsung 1080P TV) running 10.9.5 is unstable with regard to the monitor arrangement. I've reset the power manager - that seemed to help it boot correctly.
But today, it seemed to forget that they are arranged with four monitors stacked 2 above 2 (square arrangement) and the Samsung HDMI off to the left of the lower left monitor. It rearranged them all in a line horizontally - very frustrating.

So, I re-arranged them with the display preference control panel as they were originally. That stayed correct for about 10 minutes then it swapped the upper right and lower left monitors and the Samsung HDMI TV disappeared from the preference pane completely.
The mission control pane has separate spaces unchecked (so the menu and dock stay in the lower right monitor. It has the rearrange based on usage unchecked also.
Is this machine snakebit? It has already have to be back to the Apple store for a new I/O board right out of the box since one of the ethernet ports was dead.
Suggestions?
