I was using my phone yesterday and it was all fine until glitchy lines just appeared on my phone. Now I just have a bunch of glitchy, flickering lines on my phone. what do you think the problem might be?

That's a hardware problem.
Try force restarting:
Press both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears.
If that doesn't fix it, it's more than likely a hardware issue with the screen, and you should either send the phone in or make a Genius Bar reservation to have it checked out at the Apple Store, either of which you can do here: http://getsupport.apple.com.
