    No, My Photo Stream  and Camera Roll are different albums. There should by an album "My Photo Stream" in the list of albums, if you have "My Photo Stream" enabled in the "Photos&Camera > iCloud" settings.

     

    However, My Photo Steam and Camera Roll will not be shown as separate albums, if you have iCloud Photo Library enabled for your device. Then you cannot manage My Photo Stream separately.  All photos will be automatically imported from My Photo Stream and appear in the All Photos album.
