I'm getting a recurring charge of $9.99 per month for Apple Music, and 1. Don't know what it is, 2. Do not use it, and 3. Have no recollection of signing up for this service, especially with a recurring charge of $9.99 per month.

Further, the LIMITATIONS ON MUSIC PURCHASED THROUGH iTunes, and APPLE'S PROPRIETARY FORMAT, have been a disappointment to me since my decision to make the switch from Windows based, to MAC.

All things considered, a credit for months of recurring charges seems only apropos.
