Q: Why is Find iPhone not available on icloud.com?

I logged in to icloud.com in order to access Find iPhone. On this occasion, rather than the normal 13 apps, only four were available: Settings, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages. This was using a PC. I tried with Chrome and IE browsers; same results for each. I had a friend logging to verify whether it was just my account, and they had the usual list of apps to choose from (the 13 aforementioned).

Any explanation as to why this is happening?

Find iPhone, Windows 7, icloud.com

Thanks Carolyn, but it looks like Windows 10 is only recommended by that article. For icloud.com, the minimum requirement is IE 10 or Chrome 35, and I was running IE 11 and Chrome 50. I was also able to have a friend log-in successfully on the same system and the other 9 icloud.com apps appeared, include Find iPhone.

I can confirm that Windows 7 with IE11 works.

If both IE and Chrome are not working on your system then something is wrong on the system level. Try creating another user account on your system or enabling the guest account and trying from there.

Not sure I understand. I agree it does work on both browsers I am running, as I had a friend log-in and everything was correct for that account. Just not sure why mine isn't showing up correctly. Even having trouble logging into Find iPhone app on multiple iOS devices. It is not accepting the password even though I can log-in to iCloud, iTunes, download apps, etc...so the password isn't the issue.
