Hello All
I am trying to record and it is only recording one side "the sound" i remember tampering with the toggles but lost my way out of the toggle section and don't know how or what i was playing with, how do i get back or what is is under so i can reset to zero so the sound/recording comes out of "BOTH" earphones/speakers.

Your description is a little bit vague. Are you referring to the input or the output. Maybe you can post a screenshot.
Regarding the input, make sure you select stereo on the Channel Strip, the double circle on the input selector (click on it to toggle). If you see only one input on the meter, then you are sending only one channel from your audio interface.
