I was trying to Internet recover on my MacBook to install Mac OS after deleting it to reset and while selecting the wifi I stupidly picked the optimum hotspot wifi instead of my home wifi, now I'm stuck on this error -2006f is there a way to get the wifi choices again?

I Already did command R after rebooting so many times and I get the same error and no wifi choices again!
Have you tired to restart your Mac in a safe mode?
- Shut down your Mac
- Wait until your computer turns off and after that press the Power button
- Right after you hear the startup tone, press and hold the Shift key
- Release the Shift key when you see a grey Apple sign and the progress bar below this sign
- Once you see Desktop, start a Disk Utility scan to detect and repair file system errors (don't forget to choose your main hard drive)
- Click on Verify Disk and then, if asked to fix problems, on Repair Disk
- After this, click on Verify Disk Permissions and then on Repair Disk Permissions
- After the process is finished, shut down your Mac and turn it back on after about 30 seconds

When i try and power into safe mode I get the folder with the question mark!

Try booting the MBP with the OPTION + COMMAND + R keys. It should result in this display:
You will be connected to the Apple servers and be able to install the original OSX that the MBP came with by following the directions.
