- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

if it seems blurry, there's probably a problem with the lens. Can you see the camera (the sensor) clearly or is it blurry?
Also, focus might be a bit off, resulting to a blurry image. Tap on the screen on the place you want to focus on and see if that will do.
