Need step by step to set up email accounts on IOS 9

Unable to receive or send emails


Reasons

1.Primary Server Number is incorrect for email name.

2. Set up emails wrongly.


Atemps to fix 3 days

1. Tried to change server number. Can't gain access

2. Changed round email addresses

3. Days iv been trying. and about to through it out window.

4. Settings have now Frozen

iPad 3 air

aall IOS updated.

Delete the account and start over. Trying to edit email account settings is problematic at best. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap on your account, scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit the delete button.


Who is your email provider? If it's something common, such as Yahoo or Gmail, the system should be able to automatically populate the required settings. If it's something else, contact your email provider for the exact settings before starting.


For a common provider, go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add New Account.
