It's in recovery mode. Plug it into your computer and restore it using iTunes.

Does the restore fail, or does iTunes not recognize that you've plugged it in? What version of iTunes are you running on your computer? Are you using Windows or Mac? What version of OS X or Windows? What version of iOS are / were you running? What happened immediately before the phone went into recovery mode?

I don't know I just download itune in my computer while was watching how to fix it on Youtube . But it still doesn't work . Let me tell you . Two days ago I didn't charge my iphone at night . So when I woke up I saw it had 2% ,so I charged it . Then I went to school , and charged it at home . But when I got back home I saw my iphone didn't in charge . It opened with apple logo then closed and it did again and again. I feel so nervous , so I plug out my charger . And it nothing . It didn't work at all . So I decided to take it for repair at the shop . They said my battery was broken , so I changed it . When they changed it already , my phone start being stuck with that itune logo . But then I went home because I was in a hurry . And last afternoon I went and checked it again . And they said they don't know . And let me keep my phone in their store but haven't so I take it home now . .. and I just go to another shop but it's so expensive I can't afford it . Because now I'm just a High School Student . Can you please help me ? My phone is very important for me . My lessons are all in that phone .

It sounds like the shop that replaced your battery didn't do a very good job.  I assume it was not an authorized Apple repair facility.  Unfortunately, if that is the case, Apple will no longer look at it and you have voided any warranty with Apple you might have had.  I think your only recourse now is to take it back to the shop you had it repaired at and see if there is anything they can do for you.  Sorry, I wish I had better news for you.

If anyone other than Apple changed the battery, take it back to them. We can't help you. The phone was tampered with. All rights to service have been forfeited and there is no way to know what got borked when the battery was changed.

Computer components can be damaged by as little as 250 volts. You won’t see it. You won’t feel it. However, the damage will be real. If your phone was worked on without the appropriate preventative measures being taken for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), the phone may never be able to restore.  Apple uses ESD mats to prevent this as well as equipping an ESD wrist strap which is connected to wire leads that then ground any potential static discharge.

Many 3rd party shops do not take these precautions. Their parts are often cheaper to you as the customer, but also of lesser quality.
