I think i have crash with maverick and FCP7 on new mac cause the hardware and the Mac os X isn't valid now for this old version of final cut.
I'm trying to read this crash report ... but except Kernel crash i didn't see something to help to resolve this crash...

in case you don't have screengrab of that, launch Console.app from your Utilities folder, click in the left column 'diagnosis' on the latest listed topic Final Cut Pro, and post the message, from top to thread #?? (in the top part you find CRASHED THREAD X <<< that number ....

I can't tell what the Thread 2 crash log is saying.
There is a Crash Analyzer in Digital Rebellion's Pro Maintenance Tools. (There is a trial version.) You could see what it reports for suggested fixes.
