Specifically, the iPad Pro 9.7.
It seems any device but the 9.7 pro handles the new iOS just fine.
I've heard that 9.3.2 is no longer available for 9.7 pro models
I'm curious too... I have the 9.7 Pro and was wondering if it was safe to download. Last I heard, it was not. Has anyone updated an iPad 2? Any problems?
It's not even available any longer for the 9.7" iPad Pro, so downloading it is not an option if you have that specific device.
iOS 9.3.2 has been perfectly fine on my iPad Pro 12", and iPhone 6 and 5, and my iPad Air 2.

At the time of this writing, you cannot update an iPad Pro 9.7 to iOS 9.3.2. The update has been pulled. It affected a small number of the devices and rendered them unusable.

I have no idea, but Forbes and a dozen or so other tech news sites have reported confirmation from Apple that they have pulled iOS 9.3.2 for the iPad Pro 9.7".
