Q: cannot pull down notification

The problem seems to be there since iOS 9.3.

Sometimes the pull-down notification does not work and the only way to help is switching off the phone.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2, 64G

Try a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.

    Thanks for your suggestion!

But I really hope that I can find out the cause or the next os update can solve this (not disappoint me again)

I have not seen this issue reported here so it is not likely to be an iOS bug. FWIW my four iOS devices work ok. There is nothing to lose by doing a forced restart. I would try it. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose anything.

If a forced restart does not help try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a Restore:

I am on 9.3.5 on the iPhone 6s plus and I have this same problem. I restart my phone everytime I get this problem and the problem goes away for a few days but comes back again. I've had to restart maybe 15 times and it's the most annoying problem ever. I am just hoping that this is not a hardware problem and hopefully ios 10 will fix this major bug.
