iCloud

I know this a long shot.....My phone was stolen yesterday. Sadly, my pictures have not been backed up for 2 months because my icloud storage was almost full. (as a mom of 4, this is very sad for me!) If I upgraded my storage from my computer, is there anyway to access those photos? I know the answer is probably no, but I was hoping there is some loophole I don't know about. (I also am painfully aware of all the "You should have...., I have learned my lesson the hard way)
