Try a SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.

If your Wi-Fi is capable of generating a 5 GHz signal, try that.

May 27, 2016 2:06 PM in response to Eric Rootby Hntr,Tried all items sent, none work with either mouse. Magic mouse are blue tooth, so don't think any change to wi-fi would work.

tried everything and also tried another magic mouse, but it still keeps happening from some reason??
