Q: having trouble with phone service since download of IOS 9.3.2

having issues with phone service since downloading of 9.3.2?  any one else

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2

    Try turning Cellular OFF, Airplane Mode ON, a Forced Restart, and then turning Airplane Mode OFF and Cellular back ON.

     

    Forced Restart: Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

     


    Also try resetting Network Settings:  Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This helps with cellular issue as well as Wi-Fi but you will have to reenter the previous network passwords.

    I am having several issues.. My Wifi is slow or disconnects (since I refused to install on my iPad, there are no issues such as slow Wifi or non existent Wifi)...My imessages do not send or do not appear; yet incoming messages appear on my iPad but not my iPhone!!   Is there a way to remove the new iOS update from my iphone 6s Plus?

    I've tried all the tips, but none worked.  Additionally, my iPhone 6s Plus will not ring when receiving incoming calls.

     

    Please help.  i really need to receive calls..
