Q: Iphone froze up

My wife was watching the weather apt this morning and when she pushed a certain button the screen went from a screen full of icons to the itune apt only. I have tried to use my computer to fix it but the error message says," Itune 6464setup.exe could not be downloaded. What's the problem?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

On your iPhone, try force restarting:

Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears.
