Q: Itunes won't sync any of my files to my phone

I recently upgraded my iPhone 5s to a 6s. We backed up all my files at the store and transfered them over a few months ago. Not a problem. I used my phone regularly since then without adding any new songs, but recently I pulled a couple off my computer that I wanted to put on. When I plugged my phone in I was running ios 9.3(upgraded just a day or so ago) and Itunes 12.1. When I clicked on my phone and checked how much memory I had left, it was showing I was using 10.96 gb of "other" data. The category I once thought was left for iOS and the carrier system. But for some reason iTunes thought all my data was "Other". So I updated iTunes to 12.4, backed up my phone, and restored it. Well now iTunes can't find my backups from iCloud or my computer, and I can't sync ANY music to my phone. I have tried updating the driver, checking the "manually sync music" and then choosing what I want, but nothing works. Itunes will show it is syncing for a fraction of a second and then stop. I also ran the itunes sync test and got this:

I really need support, and not a generic response from an Apple employee telling me to do things I have already done and don't need to do.

Update: My phone finally managed to back up the pictures and contacts, but when I checked it in itunes it still shows all the memory on it as "other". I have tried using older as well as current versions of itunes and nothing. I fear this is a problem with the 9.3.2 update since I have reset my phone many times and reinstalled the software

Update: I plugged my phone into a new computer and it seems to have temporarily resolved my issue. It has to be something to do with iTunes on my personal computer or the driver of my phone on that computer. The new computer I am using is Windows 10 Home, iTunes 12.3.1, and iOS 9.3.2

For those of you suffering from the same issue I suggest trying a new computer to resolve your issue, and then taking a look at the apple device drivers as well as any issues that could be coming from iTunes itself.

Update: I figured out how to fix it, regardless of Mac or PC you need to COMPLETELY remove all things apple related. If you are on a PC open programs and features and uninstall EVERYTHING that has to do with Apple Inc. Open task manager and terminate any processes that have to do with itunes or apple. Then go into "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple" and delete the entire folder, then go in and delete your itunes library from /music/itunes. ONLY AFTER YOU DO ALL THAT can you reinstall itunes and it should fix the issue.
