Sorry, do not know what it is you are asking. If you lost your phone, and you have Find My iPhone turned on, then you can log into your iCloud account on any device that has the Find My iPhone app, or any computer to iCloud.com, and see the actions that you can execute for your device:

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. No one here can find out anything about your phone or when it was activated.

Unless you had already activated Find My iPhone on the phone itself, you can't activate it now. If you did activate it before the phone was stole, you can log into www.icloud.com on any computer to track the phone.
