does someone know how to speed up movies more then 2x in iMovie for iPad pro 9.7?

    Here are two suggestions:

     

    1) Create a new project.  Increase speed to 2x.  Save this product.  Repeat until you achieve your desired speed.

     

    2) Use a 3rd party app for speeding up video clips, found in the App Store.
