Q: Mainstage stop drum pads triggering keyboard

OK I have MS3, and an Alesis V61. This has 8 drum pads. I want to set up a very simple patch where the entire 61 note keyboard triggers ONLY a piano patch. I want one of the drum pads to trigger Eb(2) - a handclap.

 

I have 2 channel strips, Yamaha Piano and Bluebird Drum Kit. The claps I have successfully triggered from the Drum Pad. All good. BUT the keyboard is also playing the Bluebird samples, which is not good! How do I stop the keyboard notes triggering the Bluebird Drum Kit samples? Thanks guys

    Ha! After 3 hours of messing about I worked it out (for me anyway). In the channel strip inspector, set MIDI input to none - kills the keyboard triggering the sample but not the pad...counter intuitive but worked for me! Hope this helps someone else
