Q: I received a phishing email pretending to be from Apple. Is there an Apple email address that this should be forwarded to?

Yes: send it as an email attachment to reportphishing@apple.com ('Forward as attachment' from the 'Message' menu - at least that's it on older Mail, probably it's much the same on more recent ones).
