Q: transfer a podcast

Hello

 

We have a podcast thatw e publsih and the sound fles are o our server.. Our client wants to take full control of the podcast that we created for iTunes http://www.contacttalkradio.com/podcasts/debramoffitt.xml  what does she need to do on her end ..so that we can transfer everything over to her without losing her subscribers as we will no longer be publishing this for her and she can publish the podcst and such .

    I assume you want to end up using a different feed URL from the one which is in in current use? The procedure for doing this is detailed here:

    Currently the podcast will presumably be associated with your own Apple ID. Though under most circumstances the Apple ID doesn't matter it would be better to transfer the podcast to her Apple ID - if this is possible. You will need to contact Support: go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. Before doing this ensure that your present contact email is listed in the 'itunes:owner' tag in the feed since this will identify you as the current owner of the podcast.
