I understand that you are not seeing your music within the Music app on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
Based on where you submitted this question, it would seem that you are using Apple Music. If you are, then you will need to enable iCloud Music Library so that the Music app can see your music library. Go to Settings > Music and then enable Apple Music and iCloud Music Library. Take a look at the first article below to go over how to sync Apple Music across multiple devices.

If you are not subscribed to Apple Music and you need to sync your Music, then plug your iPhone to your computer and then use iTunes to sync your music over. For more details, take a look at the next article below.
