I cant find my music but i when i tried checking it in itunes via pc it was still there

I understand that you are not seeing your music within the Music app on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
Based on where you submitted this question, it would seem that you are using Apple Music. If you are, then you will need to enable iCloud Music Library so that the Music app can see your music library. Go to Settings > Music and then enable Apple Music and iCloud Music Library.
