Trash will not delete apps
I am trying to delete old apps from my Mac but the system tells me (name of app) can not be moved to trash. This problem is since 10.11.5
Any advice please

Try this…
Click the Launchpad icon in the Dock, hold down an app’s icon until all the icons begin to jiggle, then click an app’s delete button .
TTried that but nothing different. Ian in hospital at the moment so perhaps left now until I get released. Thanks for help
