I recently observed an issue with brand new iphone 6s that unable to sign in to itunes account it strucks in the initial setup page itself.
I tried via cellular 4G network and wifi. But still no success. Any idea ?

Thank you, i didn't do anything to be honest but i wait for few minutes and then start setup the phone it worked.
I read your link and assuming that there could be a problem because of date and time sync mismatch.
