May 26, 2016 6:12 AM in response to hmumfordby RJTUK,Hi hmumford,
The password on your phone is unlikely to have changed automatically so it will be whatever your Apple iD password was before your account got hacked, have you tried entering that password?

May 26, 2016 6:52 AM in response to hmumfordby RJTUK,★HelpfulBest advice I can give is to connect the phone to a computer and perform a backup using iTunes, then log in to www.icloud.com and send the remote wipe command from the Find My iPhone app, it should reset the phone and once that reset is complete the device will ask you to log in using your Apple iD which should take the new password.
As Csound has mentioned below, take it to an Apple Store with proof that you own the phone, they should be able to do this if you can log into your Apple iD at the store and if the device is registered to your Apple iD.
Let us know how you get on.

Take it to an Apple Store with proof that it is yours and ask them.
