Where, exactly are you seeing this? If it's a credit card statement, sometimes they show odd names for things. Your credit card company may just be showing Apple's address instead of "Apple, Inc", for some reason. However, without more details, it's hard to say.

Where are you seeing this charge for 1 Infinite loop?
