How to remove inspection in Mac OS X?

Hi,

I am new to Mac OS. I am using Mac OS X 10.11.4. On my keypad I pressed some key by mistake and a black box is coming on the bottom left corner as shown in the below image. This seems to be inspecting whatever I am doing on Mac. Can someone please let me know how can I get rid of this?

Looks like you've accidentally enabled VoiceOver which is an accessibility feature. You can switch this off by going to System Preferences > Accessibility > VoiceOver and unticking the box to enable it.

The keyboard shortcut for this is cmd+F5 on the keyboard.
