No. iPhone storage is soldered in an cannot be changed. If you need more storage, you'll need get a new iPhone with more storage.

As Phil mentioned you cannot add storage directly to an iPhone however there are some flash drive devices that can help. Some are wireless and some are direct like the one below. I have not used them so I cannot vouch for them - suggest doing a little research before buying.
