Q: iMessage not working with one contact on Verizon
My girlfriend and I just merged our cell plans together. I came from AT&T on an iPhone and we are currently now with Verizon. Before the switch iMessage was working fine with her number. But now that we are on the same plan, she is the only contact that iMessage does not work with. It sends as a regular text message.
Any ideas?
Her - iPhone 6s with most recent update
Him - iPhone 6s Plus with most recent updat
After searching the boards here, we have done all of the following to no avail:
Turned off iMessage, turned back on.
Signed out of our apple ID's and signed back in
Reset our apps
Turned off SMS and back on
Added both our numbers and email addresses
Verified that our cell numbers are listed as "iPhone" in contacts
