Cinema27+AltonaAT-DP400 not working anymore under Captain?

After updating from Lion to El Captain, my LED Cinema 27 + Atlona AT-DP400 doesn't work anymore. Is there another adapter to connect my Mac Pro 3,1 to my display? I use a Mac Pro 2 x 3 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon with 18 GB memory and an ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512 MB.
