Which Apple department can help solve issues with my 'Apple Support Profile' (supportprofile.apple.com) and registering my Apple products?

 

I'm familiar with the site and how it's supposed to work.

I have several products listed on the profile, which I've added with their Serial Numbers, but when I try to add my iPad or my Apple Watch, it says it's registered with another AppleID. The products were purchased new, and I've only ever had one AppleID - which is currently activation locked to both devices, and it's how I signed into the webpage to begin with!

There is no option for feedback or contact options on the main page, and while some Apple advisors are familiar with the website, I've never been able to get to the bottom of this issue!

It's frustrating to not have full functionality, and access to my Apple Support information. When I have open cases for the iPad or Apple Watch, I cannot track the progress, or interact with open cases. The only thing I considered was a complication due to the @mac @me @icloud confusion but the issue is still unresolved. PLEASE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!!
