Q: Security password issue

pleaseI'm trying to purchase programs from Apple stor and I can't because I forgot my security pasword add to put wrong date of my berthday and i have Balance in my account and I don't know what I do to solve this issue...

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2

    Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

     

    1. Contact AppleCare

    2. Connect with someone in Account Security

    3. Have them verify you as the owner of the account over the phone.

    4. They can then assist you with regaining access to the account, resetting security information, and helping you resolve your balance issue through iTunes.
