Q: How do I download past purchases after switching to another iTunes region?

I've recently switched from the US iTunes and App Stores to the Philippines. I have trouble viewing all of my past purchases in iTunes, Mac App Store and App Store on the iPhone/iPad because I can only see downloads and purchases I've made after I switched stores. I know that certain content, like apps are transferrable  as long as they are available in both the previous and current stores. This shows up when you've bought something in the previous store and you try to redownload it in the current store:

Which is handy, but I can't know for sure if an app is something I've bought already because I can't see it in my past purchases, nor does it show that I've bought it already (for example, I bought Tweetbot 3 and 4 in the US and this is how they appear in the store):

Is there a way I can view my past purchases without having to keep on repeatedly trying to download apps? Thank you!
