Every 5-10 minutes, when watching Netflix, my Apple TV goes black and has the loading wheel-type-thing and then goes back to the homescreen. It happens very frequently and is very annoying. Please help.

Reset your ATV from the Settings > Feneral menu, or by disconnecting the power cable for about 30 seconds.
Is this only with Netflix

Also how are you watching Netflix? Are you using the Netflix app or channel on the ATV solely, or are you using airplay to stream Netflix from an iPhone or Mac to the ATV?
