May 27, 2016 9:10 AM in response to Chris CAby GeeAnn,Thanks Chris. I sent my feedback to Apple. But it seems people have been asking for this for several years and it is still not an added feature. I don't get it! It has to be an easy option to add for people's personal preference.

May 27, 2016 1:27 PM in response to deggieby GeeAnn,Maybe that makes sense for you and your life and the people in it. But, since I have seen many requests all over this forum and others I don't think others feel the same way. I happen to have family members that live in a time zone that is hours different than me. It may be that they need to get some information to me quickly and are unable to call for whatever reason. (Maybe they have been kidnapped and can't call in front of their captors--sarcasm.) My point being, Apple should give users the option so that we can decide how to receive information from our important people, while using Do Not Disturb. Its not up to Apple to decide what is the best way for me to communicate while having DO Not Disturb on, its up to me and myself and others would like that option.
