Apple Music Not Syncing after Update

I have been using Apple Music for months now and never had a problem with syncing until the new iPhone update, and yesterday none of the songs I added to my library on my Mac showed up on my iPhone. How can I fix this bug?

iCloud library is on for both devices, and I do not want to turn off iCloud Music and turn it back on because that is not a solution.
