text is invisible

Not sure what else I can add?

I clicked and dragged on to page the 3D effect text I wanted to use. I then double clicked to open the text input box. and added the letters required. Each letter appeared as a white block, but not as it should be (readable text). Over in the top right corner where attributes can be changed, the words appeared in the chosen colour.

It seems to have corrected all on it's own. Working now. I can not imagine Not linking up the timeline correctly This is not the first time I've used this facility.

Apple comes and goes, as I'm sure you've found.
