I have an iPhone 6 with ios 9.3.2
I downloaded Pink Floyd - The Wall from the iTunes store. The album consists of 26 songs but only 25 downloaded. Track "1-04 The happiest days of our lives". I Synced my phone to my PC, running latest iTunes version. I can not get the song downloaded to my PC despite it showing as purchased.
Any advice?

How are you trying to download it, what happens when you do it, and what have you tried ? Does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, for downloading ? If it doesn't you've checked to see if you've hidden it from the cloud (Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support) ?
I'm clearly having trouble with the workings of iTunes. After following your steps, further deleted the music file on my PC and running sync again, solved the problem with the missing item.
