WHATS A NKRJ2LL/A

Apple tried to give me a NKRJ2LL/A for my 6s Gold 64GB MKRL2LL/A But that model NKRJ2LL/A is NOT even in apple list of model numbers ! So DID NOT accept warranty replacement cause it was NOT the same model i have ! what is NKRJ2LL/A anyway ????

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1, null

this is wrong that apple is doing this if or when u try to sell phone when i do every year when the new iPhone comes out nobody wants to buy (refurbish/replacement device)

Why would it be a problem to sell the device? The people who you're selling it to know they buying a used device. Why should it matter if they buy a used one that has only been inspected once or if they buy a used one that' seen inspected and tested twice? And, replacement units go through more testing than devices fresh off the factory. The screen, battery and othe parts have been replaced so, it's even less used than the one you originally had.
