In short, no. Once it's disabled, it's too late. Your only option is to restore the phone. IF you had PhotoStream or iCloud Photo Library turned on and had it connected to WiFi, the photos may have already uploaded to the cloud. If they did not, they're gone.

No. It doesn't change anything. There is no way to change the passcode. Your only option is to restore.

There has been a change Since I originally posted. I turned the phone off and it is no longer disabled.  It still is requiring the pass code that I don't remember. (I know very stupid).  But does this change anything as far as recovering the pictures?  Or is there anyway to reset  passcode?

Do you now have access to the computer that your previously used with that phone? If so try connecting to it - if you have previously trusted it, it will not prompt you this time. You could then try importing the photos to the computer. And then restore your phone.

Sorry to hear. I suspect that the phone was disabled after all and your only option is to restore. I would not waste any money on any app. The FBI could not do it and neither will Dr. Front.
