Has anyone had the no service issue while roaming international since 9.3.2 update?

Both my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro 12" cannot connect to cellular network while roaming internationally since the iOS 9.3.2 update. As a last resort tried the 9.3.3 beta 1 which did not fix. Other iPhone 5s on 9.3.1 works perfectly fine with all services. Tried resetting everything with no luck. Settings are identical on all devices which are on T-Mobile on the same account/plan. T-Mobile support has not been able to address issue and I suspect this is OS related. Strange that two devices would have hardware issues at same time. Both where working fine on T-Mobile network prior to departure. Do not want to test update on second phone and leave me with no phone until I return. While wifi calling works, it has not been reliable for incoming calls.

SInce 9.3.2 has not been out that long there may not be many people who have roamed. Hoping someone else has seen this issue.

When you turn your phone on watch to see if you get any signal at all and then it disappears. if so go to cellular cellular data options Roaming turn this OFF I've been dealing with this on a new iPhone 6s for five months

Try your Sim card in another phone My Sim card works find another phone but in my iPhone 6s it won't work at all on the Verizon network with roaming turned on. This is a software problem not a hardware problem if you're experiencing what I am.
